Zumba is a unique dance- and body workout which ensures fun and effects body and soul.

Zumba is a training concept which was developed in the 90s by the dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia. It combines aerobics with predominantly Latin American dance elements, but also other dances from around the world. It's not about counting bars and standardized movements - to every song there is a particular dance choreography appropriate to the music genre. The various dance steps are combined with aerobic elements within the choreography to achieve an optimal training result. Thereby the focus is always on the joy of music and the pleasure of creative movements rather than on a sense of achievement.
